1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form the entire legal agreement between you and 1947pk. They apply to all services offered through the platform including sports betting, slot games, live casino, esports betting and the VIP programme. By using any of these services, you are confirming acceptance of these terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 1947pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. You may withdraw your available balance subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification steps.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1947pk are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply. By placing a bet, you confirm you understand and accept the applicable rules for that event and market.

Cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 tournaments and domestic competitions — follows standard cricket betting rules. Bets on abandoned or cancelled matches are voided and stakes returned unless specific market conditions have already been determined.

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• Odds are set at the time the bet is placed and confirmed to the user on the bet slip.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be suspended at any time.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; a void selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.
• Maximum winnings per bet may be capped; limits are displayed on the relevant market.
• 1 947pk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault.
• Bets placed after an event has started using delayed data feeds may be voided at 1947pk's discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period.

1947pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, including but not limited to:

11 Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
